Here's how we work

Quality Builders

We source high quality and competitive builders through our comprehensive network. We then undertake our due diligence and vetting process which often includes site inspections, reference checks and financial reviews.

Fees provided by the builder

Our fees are covered by the builder if they are successfully awarded a contract. There are no fees for developers, project managers or architects for using our service.

Scale

Ranging from townhouses and apartments, to large scale commercial developments, Haigs Builder Broker's broad market knowledge provides a unique understanding of a project's requirements. 

Introductions and referrals

Often we can pass leads and referrals to architects and project mangers as well as off market opportunities to developers. We do not charge for these introductions and referrals.

Since its inception, Haigs has supported charities which are close to our personal values and experiences.
